What we collect from you

Account data: the email you use at checkout, your Stripe customer ID, plan and subscription status. Payment card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. We use a single first-party session cookie (your signed license session) — no advertising trackers.

Physician data on this site

All physician information displayed (procedure volumes, industry payments, practice addresses, hospital affiliations) is republished from public U.S. federal datasets published by CMS and FDA under their open-data programs. It contains no patient information: CMS suppresses any row involving 10 or fewer beneficiaries at the source. Physicians can request corrections at corrections@docvol.com; we also honor the underlying agencies' correction processes.

Sharing

We share data only with processors needed to run the service (Stripe for billing, our hosting provider). We do not sell your personal information.

Retention & deletion

Account records are kept while your subscription is active and for tax/audit periods afterward. Email support@docvol.com to delete your account data at any time.
